Digital Pharmacist will be performing some minor updates to our Refill Processing and Outbound Notification platforms. While our engineering team does not expect any major disruption of service, there is potential for a short drop in connection with our secure cloud infrastructure. Most connection issues of this nature can be easily resolved by restarting the 'WebSocketListener' Service or rebooting the local computer where the Refill TeleManager Software (Application with Red Telephone Icon) resides in your pharmacy network. Pharmacies impacted will receive faxes until the connection has been restored. This may also cause delayed orders to the pharmacy.
